Dear Patient and Friends

The time has finally come to leave my practice in NYC after 22 years and move on to sow new roots and practice at The Joint Chiropractic in NJ, closer to my farm home and apiary.

I will continue to see patients in NY, by appointment on Thursdays for the month of January, 2017 and transition the following few months with a monthly full day dedicated to wellness and patients that continue to need adjustment (plus those that I cannot part with just yet).  To assist you in this transition, I would be happy to provide copies of the necessary records from your file to your new doctor.  Please email me at petrusiakotlar@gmail.com with a request for records.

I will continue doing nutrition consultation and begin providing DNA/genetic screening to assist patients through NutriSync – a direction I believe future alternative medicine and supplementation is moving toward.

It has been an incredible pleasure to know and serve all of you and I will miss my chiropractic/healing practice here on Fifth Ave. tremendously.  Please feel free to contact me whatever way is comfortable (talk/text/tweet).
